Returns Policy

We take great care in preparing and packaging each order. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we maintain a limited returns policy to ensure product integrity and quality for all customers.

Please review the guidelines below before requesting a return.


Returns 

We accept qualifying returns only and do not offer exchanges.

Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order if the item received is incorrect or defective.

For quality and hygiene reasons, fragrance products cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds are issued after returned items have been received and inspected. Any applicable expenses, including shipping or processing fees, may be deducted from the final refund amount where applicable.


Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, items must remain unused and in their original condition, with all labels, packaging, and protective materials intact.

All contents originally included with the order — including any complimentary gifts or promotional items — should also be returned.

Because fragrance is a highly personal experience, we are unable to accept returns based on scent preference, change of mind, or similar reasons.

All returns must be reviewed and approved by our team before being sent back. Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be processed.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item name or code

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product if the item is incorrect or defective

Once your request has been reviewed, our team will provide instructions for returning the item if the return is approved.

Please package the item securely and include your name and order number inside the parcel.


Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to an incorrect or defective item, we will assist in arranging return shipping.

If a prepaid label is not available, you may share your shipping receipt, and the cost will be reimbursed once the returned item has been received and inspected.


Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation under the following circumstances:

  • The request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order and the order status remains pending

  • The order is delayed more than 10 days without notification

  • The item becomes out of stock

If the order has already entered the preparing shipment stage, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.


Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please keep all original packaging materials, including shipping boxes and inserts, until the issue has been reviewed. These materials may be needed to verify the claim.
