We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States.

Standard Shipping

For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier rates

We ship orders using UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient option for your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination, but typical delivery estimates are:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours after the shipment has been processed by the carrier.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update the order before it ships.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If you need assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help initiate a carrier investigation.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may be limited depending on the carrier.
